On your behalf Kent Works can
- Manage your work experience and education business link activities
- Liaise with schools and other providers. For example, we will handle the majority of telephone calls. We will also match the right participants with the appropriate opportunities
Kent Works can also
- Support the professional development of staff and, for example, run in-house workshops that meet your business needs
- Organise events where employers can discuss ideas, share experiences and exchange ‘best practice’
- Facilitate links with education providers so you can work in collaboration on specific work based projects that offer both educational and business efforts. For example, students studying Business Studies could plan a marketing strategy or ICT students could develop a website
You may also have particular ideas or objectives for working with an educational provider. If so, we can identify a suitable partner and ensure the objectives are clear and focused to completion.
